This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between The Maryland Dog Company, hereinafter referred to as "MD Dog Co.", and the undersigned dog owner(s), hereinafter referred to as "Owner(s)", collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. Photoshoot Details: MD Dog Co. is hosting a photoshoot for its small pet accessories business on [date] at Baker Park, a public park, in Frederick, Maryland. The photoshoot will be conducted by Melissa Cook Photography, hired by MD Dog Co.

2. Participation: By signing this Agreement, Owner(s) agree to allow their dog(s) to participate in the photoshoot. Owner(s) understand that their dog(s) must be able to sit and stay on command and must be up to date on all vaccinations.

3. Compensation: In consideration of participating in the photoshoot, Owner(s) will receive professional photos of their dog(s) taken during the photoshoot, courtesy of MD Dog Co. Additionally, Owner(s) will receive complimentary MD Dog Co. merchandise.

4. Release of Liability: Owner(s) understand and agree that the photoshoot will take place in a public area where MD Dog Co. holds no liability for any incidents or accidents involving the dog(s) or any other party present during the photoshoot.

5. Ownership of Images: MD Dog Co. shall retain all rights, title, and interest in the photographs taken during the photoshoot. Owner(s) grant MD Dog Co. the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of their dog(s) for advertising, marketing, and any other lawful purposes.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
